10 Year Warranty Coverage

First 7 Years or 2555 Days (Free Replacement):

Stealth Batteries will repair or replace defective batteries free of charge, at its discretion.

Remaining 3 Years or 1095 Days (Prorated Replacement):

Customers are eligible for a replacement battery at a 40% discount off the currentMSRP.

If a replacement is provided, the replacement product will carry the remainder of the original warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow Stealth Batteries instructions, including:
   • Overcharging, undercharging, or using incompatible chargers.
   • Operating outside of specified temperature or voltage ranges.
2. Physical damage, including water exposure, fire, accidents, or improper handling.
3. Modification, tampering, or opening of the battery casing.
4. Batteries not charged or stored according to guidelines (e.g., not charged for over 365 days).
5. Normal wear and tear, including reduced capacity below 70% of the original state of charge after extensive use.
6. Shipping damage not reported within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support:
   • Email or call Stealth Batteries at support@stealthbatteries.com or call our toll-free number 877-277-2025.
   • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and details of the issue.
2. Receive RMA Instructions:
   • If the claim is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued along with shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Product:
   • Use the original packaging if available, or request suitable packaging from Stealth Batteries for a fee.
   • Customers are responsible for shipping costs after the first 12 months of warranty coverage.
4. Inspection and Resolution:
   • Stealth Batteries will inspect the product and determine if it is covered under warranty.
